Yreka, CA—The Salvation Army has started a meal service at an emergency evacuation center for residents who have been affected by the recent Klamathon Fire. A team from The Salvation Army Auburn Corps was deployed to Jackson Street Elementary School (405 Jackson St, Yreka, CA 96097) to provide assistance at the site.
Earlier this afternoon, more than 50 meals were served to evacuees, along with the distribution of several hygiene kits.
