The Salvation Army in Texas were soon on the scene of the chemical plant explosion that has devastated the small town of West, Texas.
As of midnight Wednesday, several Salvation Army mobile feeding units (canteens) had been deployed to the affected area with food, drinks and personnel ready to respond with assistance, emotional and Spiritual care.
