Mansfield, GA (April 19, 2013) - Following the touchdown of a confirmed tornado, a Salvation Army mobile kitchen (canteen) is currently set up at the Community Center in Mansfield GA, serving refreshments, drinks and snacks continually.

Authorities have asked The Salvation Army to stay on for a further 8-12 hours. Up to 100 relief workers and survivors have been served dinner this evening (Friday), and we are prepared to feed breakfast if required. Mansfield is 45 miles east of Atlanta.
