The Salvation Army Serves Residents Affected By The Carriage Parc Apartments Fire

The Salvation Army of Greater Chattanooga, Tennessee is on the scene at the East Brainerd Church of Christ serving residents displaced by the fire at Carriage Parc Apartments early Friday morning.  The Salvation Army is providing emotional and spiritual care and serving lunch, snacks and drinks.

The Chattanooga Fire Department states that 24 units and 75 residents were affected by the fire.  The Salvation Army will continue to serve with the Red Cross and other partnering agencies to help meet the needs of the displaced residents.

Donations are needed to aid with disaster services and can be made by visiting www.csarmy.org or by calling 1-800-Sal-Army.  Monetary donations can also be mailed to 822 McCallie Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
